Winston is in search of a shipping coordinator that will help in various areas of the warehouse.

 

Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation, packing, and shipment of gold club covers and other branded apparel from the Winston Collections warehouse. This role coordinates daily outbound shipments, verifies orders, prepares shipping documentation, and works closely with warehouse staff and carriers to ensure products are shipped safely and on schedule. In addition to shipping duties, the Shipping Coordinator assists in various areas of production operations as needed, supporting workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse success.

 

 

• Prepare, pack, and ship gold club covers and other apparel accurately and on schedule
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipping details before shipment
• Generate and maintain shipping documentation and labels
• Assist in inventory control and organization within the warehouse
• Support various areas of production operations as needed to meet workflow demands
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
