Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as quantity, size, color, and specifications
• Regular and consistent interaction with employees including performance management, evaluations, time/attendance maintenance and proper use of the disciplinary process.
• Plans production operations, establishes priorities, and schedules jobs
• Establishes priorities and sequence for manufacturing products
• Coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets customer specifications
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance, optimum utilization, and safe operation
• Completes follow-ups with all employees
• Develops or revises standard operational and work practices and trains workers to ensure compliance with established standards
• Fixes quality control issues
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data
• Maintains production records
