Imperial is seeking a self-directed Sales Operations Manager to assist with implementing strategic plans, improving process efficiencies, and enhancing intradepartmental communication and processes.

  • Full Time
  • Location: Bourbon, Mo.
  • Hybrid Role (4 Days Onsite)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implementation of strategic plan for sales channel

  • Reporting and analyzing sales data

  • Oversee new and continued training for team members

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and convey this expertise in both Internal & External Customer supplier relationships

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address operational issues

  • Manage sales technology and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting sales operations.

  • Communicate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to assist in the facilitation of implementing new programs and execution of current business

  • Assist team members when problems arise

  • Assist the VP of Nike Team Headwear with other projects

  • Other duties as assigned

What We Need:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Administrative experience in sales operations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
