Imperial is seeking a self-directed Sales Operations Manager to assist with implementing strategic plans, improving process efficiencies, and enhancing intradepartmental communication and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Implementation of strategic plan for sales channel
Reporting and analyzing sales data
Oversee new and continued training for team members
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and convey this expertise in both Internal & External Customer supplier relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address operational issues
Manage sales technology and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting sales operations.
Communicate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, operations) to assist in the facilitation of implementing new programs and execution of current business
Assist team members when problems arise
Assist the VP of Nike Team Headwear with other projects
Other duties as assigned
