Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
Location: Bourbon, Mo. (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Travel: 5-10% (conferences, trade shows, activations)
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop, write, proofread, and edit engaging and visually appealing creative and technical content across different mediums (digital and print)
- Creative development of digital marketing (emails, social media, etc) and print (sell sheets, sales collateral, catalog, etc) assets
- Develop and work within style and graphic templates to build marketing materials for business channels
- Ensure artwork is production ready
- Work with cross-functional teams to gain direction and approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing to improve processes and efficiencies.
What We Need
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Excellent visual design skills and the ability to communicate through design
- A Creative Portfolio that demonstrates high attention to detail, flexibility, and an ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Candidates must possess a proven record of on-time design execution against strategic objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with the marketing and other internal teams.
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and Google Suite
- Experience with HTML, CSS and PowerPoint is a plus!
