What You’ll be Doing
- Maintain and update inventory reports and dashboards (Excel and NetSuite) to support weekly/monthly stock reviews
- Track on-hand inventory, incoming purchase orders, and expected ship dates to help prevent stockouts or overages
- Assist with seasonal demand planning by pulling historical sales and inventory data for peak and off-peak periods
- Support purchasing and replenishment activities by helping compile order recommendations and inventory summaries
- Partner with Sales and Customer Service to help monitor demand changes, new programs, and timing needs
- Communicate with internal warehouse teams to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
- Document processes and help improve reporting workflows (templates, formulas, basic automation)
- Support additional sourcing and inventory projects as assigned
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience/internships)
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory, planning, supply chain, analytics, or a related area (internship experience counts)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; willingness to learn advanced functions/macros)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, reports, and recurring deadlines
- Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams
- Experience with NetSuite or inventory systems is a plus (not required)
- Interest in analytics, reporting automation, or basic data tools (Power Query, SQL, etc.) is a plus (not required)
