Imperial is seeking an HR Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department and managing the front office. This position ensures smooth day-to-day administrative operations while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

What You’ll be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front office, greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees
- Answer routine HR questions on UKG, communications, procedures and support other HR team members during peak seasons (i.e. benefit during open enrollment, recruitment during hiring season, etc.)
- Manage organization of general offices, break areas, conference rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy and ready for use.
- Create and distribute employee badges and other access credentials
- Plan, assist with set up, and attend company events, including picnics, retirements, town halls, etc.
- Compile weekly notes to be sent out for Communication Meetings
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Prepare and organize HR documents such as employment forms and compliance paperwork
- Order and manage office supplies for HR, front office, and production facilities
- Support HR with various administrative, report, project and clerical duties as needed
What We Need
- 5% travel as needed for company events
- 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a Human Resources or front office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in HR or business preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or similar high-volume work environments is a plus
- Google Suite Experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience
- HRIS or timekeeping systems (preferred) Experience
- Experience managing office phone systems and general office equipment
