Imperial is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help develop and maintain our in-house proprietary CRM systems, order entry and art delivery programs. Initially, this position will focus on the ERP implementation and related software and websites, and will later migrate to handle new development projects.

  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
  • Full Time
  • Location: Remote (Onsite Visits 1x Quarterly)

What You’ll be Doing

  • Help develop business process analysis and process improvement activities.
  • Interact regularly with end users to address issues with current softwares.
  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects and provide potential solutions.
  • Provide data-specific recommendations for streamlining business processes.
  • Work closely with the business to identify and prioritize current and future needs, and implement solutions.
  • Diagram and document the processes/programs you have developed
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational, and/or operational requirements.
  • Deliver training and business process documentation.
  • Assist the helpdesk team when needed to aid users in troubleshooting and daily issues.
  • Participate in future ERP enhancement, upgrade, and other implementation-related projects.

What We Need

  • 3-5+ Years experience in a related role
  • Experience with Vue.js, Laravel PHP, MySQL, and HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
  • Experience with C# .Net Framework 4.0 using Visual Studio, WPF platform, OOP Design and UI/UX Design Principles
  • Experience with Linux servers and NetSuite ERP is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related field.
  • A portfolio of work is requested but not required
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to document and improve business processes
  • Technical skills aligned with development and ERP implementation
