Salary - $25 - $5/hr (DOE)
Location - Bourbon, MO
Hours - 7:00 - 3:30 (Flexible. 1.75x OT Eligible)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises & equipment. 
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly. 
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance which may include plumbing, painting, flooring repair, electrical repairs, & heating & air conditioning system maintenance. 
• Overseeing contractors for professional repairs when necessary. 
• Diagnosing mechanical issues & implementing corrective actions. 
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as needed. 

Skills & Requirements: 

• 4-5 Years of Eexperience
• Proficiency in the use of hand & power tools. 
• Ability to read and understand blueprints & repair manuals. 
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. 
• Strong organizational & follow-up skills, with an eye for detail. 
• Professional presentation & attitude, with the ability to maintain focus while working individually. 
• Strong time management skills & physical stamina.
