Imperial is seeking a Quality Manager to join our Quality team and help drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality leader who can balance day-to-day quality execution with broader process improvement efforts. The Quality Manager will help oversee quality systems, support internal auditing and corrective actions, partner closely with production leadership, and reinforce a culture where quality is built into every step of the process.

What You’ll be Doing
- Support and help manage the day-to-day quality function across manufacturing operations
- Lead quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action efforts
- Partner closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues and improve consistency
- Monitor product and process quality performance, including trends, defects, rework, and customer concerns
- Help maintain and improve quality systems, procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Assist in internal audits, compliance activities, and process reviews to ensure standards are being followed
- Coach and support quality staff, helping develop stronger inspection practices and decision-making
- Reinforce quality expectations on the production floor through routine presence, communication, and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement related to product quality, workflow, and defect reduction
- Support customer issue resolution and help ensure timely, thorough responses to quality-related concerns
- Track and report key quality metrics to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
- Help bridge tactical floor-level quality execution with larger departmental and business quality goals
What We Need
- 2+ years of quality experience in manufacturing, production, or a related operational environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience within quality or production roles
- Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, audits, documentation, and corrective action processes
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and make practical recommendations that improve quality performance
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with operations and leadership
- Comfortable being highly visible on the production floor and addressing issues in real time
- Strong organization and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting/documentation tools
- Experience in apparel, print, embroidery, light manufacturing, or consumer products environments is a plus
- Exposure to ISO, audit readiness, or formal quality management systems is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while working at a computer or workstation
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and keyboards
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via electronic communication
- Occasional ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including walking, bending, and reaching as needed
- Visual acuity sufficient to read screens, documents, and reports
