Imperial is hiring an FP&A Analyst to support the Director of FP&A in delivering the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that drive smart decision-making across our business. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning data into insight and wants to be close to the action in a fast-moving consumer products company. You’ll partner directly with finance and functional leadership, own recurring reporting and forecasting cycles, and contribute to the analytical foundation that guides how Imperial grows.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range planning processes by gathering inputs from cross-functional partners, updating models, and ensuring assumptions are accurate and well-documented
- Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting packages, including Sales & Margin reporting, variance analysis, and finance decks for leadership
- Perform detailed variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast, and prior year and identifying key drivers and translating findings into clear, concise narratives
- Maintain and update financial models, KPI dashboards, and other recurring analytical tools that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing to validate assumptions, explain financial results, and support data-driven decisions
- Support month-end close activities, including variance commentary, accrual validation, and coordination with the accounting team to ensure financial results accurately reflect business activity
- Assist in the development of executive-ready presentations and analysis packages, not just the numbers, but the “what and why” behind performance
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in FP&A tools, processes, and reporting infrastructure to enhance accuracy, speed, and scalability
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from the Director of FP&A and business leaders with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience; manufacturing or consumer products background a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and accounting concepts
- Experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools (NetSuite, Power BI, or similar); willingness to learn and improve the systems we have
- Ability to synthesize large datasets and communicate findings clearly
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset to spot issues before they become problems
- Collaborative team player who can build strong working relationships across functions
